Old business:
Membership report for 2005 - 181 members. 31 members currently have NOT YET renewed. A brief discussion on why people were not paying their dues - and conclusion was made that since the dollar amount is not a major expense for members, they just simple tend to put it off and forget.

Pam will also be sending a large packet of fliers to Vicki to distribute at upcoming races.

The Newsletter was also discussed and we wanted to encourage all members to help out by forwarding any upcoming race info to our editor: Kathy Hammond or to our Secretary Jo Moore. It was discussed that the information on UPCOMING races has not been available in the newsletter in past months only because the info was never given to the officers to get into the newsletter.

CLUB BY LAWS: It was brought to the clubs attention by RRCA that we cannot get our insurance renewed through RRCA until a copy of our By-Laws is submitted to them. Kelly agreed to check with Don Young to confirm whether FAR bylaws even exist and if not, measures will be taken to get bylaws written up and submitted to RRCA.

Upcoming Races that FAR will be handling in 2005 include: Kelleys Island; Marblehead (Daisy Fest); and two (2) Bellevue Races.
